Step 1:  You must have an Active IEP to create an Annual IEP.  Select Create An Annual and then click OK.




Step 2: You will need to enter new dates.  The Initiation Date will automatically be 1 year from the date of the previous Annual IEP.  Both the dates are changeable.  


Step 3:   Use the Student Plan to review and Save and Complete the modules.    


Step 4:  Save and Complete each module.  Information from previous IEPs will still be entered in modules. 


Step 5:  Select Macke Active from the drop down menu and then OK.





The last Active IEP will be saved under the Archive tab for Forms.
