Level 4: Add Service Provider

The Level 4 user will be the only user with access to enter the Calendar, Service Providers and District Contacts.

STEP 1: Click the button at the screen below.

Step 2:  Click on View under Service Providers.   

Step 3:  Add the Service Providers First Name, Last Name, select the District and enter the Provider ID/License Number and select Save.  You can add a provider to more than one district.  

 If your service provider is also a Level 1-3 user, make sure to enter the Provider ID/License Number in as the Teacher ID as well.  

Step 4:  Your new Service Provider will now be in your list and you can add more providers if needed.
